lovely stay!
updated decor friendly staff reasonable price
I chose this hotel as i needed a place near the utilita arena. the hotel looked clean and recently updated. The reception staff were friendly. the room suited my needs perfectly as a simple overnight stop. the onsite parking cost £5, a very reasonable price.
the bathroom light activated an old extractor fan that sounded like a banshee. it wouldn't stop, even after i tried to turn it off.

The check-in process was smooth. the hotel staff members were helpful and kind . David at the bar was especially attentive. the team really went the extra mile to make sure all guests felt welcomed.

the room was warm and cozy, the bed was comfortable for restful sleep. basic amenities were available, it included everything required for a comfortable, short stay. the refurbishment of the room was visible, lending an enhanced, modern feel.

friendly staff clean room small room dated room
the staff were friendly. the room was very clean and tidy. it was a twin room, and the beds were comfortable. breakfast staff provided a good service. i did enjoy it.
the rooms are small. they are dated. the traffic was heard even with the window open. i could not turn down the radiator in my room.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly (a big plus).
I found a few significant issues. The noise level from the road was excessive. Double glazing is needed. the hot tap in my room (106) was faulty. Maintenance should address this.

The hotel was clean and the location worked well for needing airport access. On-site parking was available which simplified logistics. The breakfast had good options, including cooked items and continental selections. The staff were helpful and polite .
The stairwell showed signs of wear, a bit off-putting.

easy accessibility friendly staff reasonable price
The hotel is conveniently accessible, located less than 15 minutes from the city center. The front desk staff were helpful. The onsite parking was a reasonable price. It made our arrival and departure very easy (especially with luggage).
The room faced the main road, and the noise levels were somewhat high, even late at night.
